Has the Kitchen closed?

I’ve started writing on Decommissioned again lately.

 Is anyone still in the kitchen? :)

    I’m still watching. My game writing all got put at low priority due to being too busy for a while. I’m getting back into it at the moment, but I want to finish some smaller projects before getting back to Fade.

    So, at the moment I have an idea for a historical adventure game which I have a playtest draft of four pages. I plan to get that tested, finished and published (for free). After that I plan to update my Badass Space Marines text and get some of my further ideas into that.

    Once those are done, Fade may get another look.

    Mike,

    Is this a general historical adventure game, or do you have a specific timeframe in mind?

    I’d love a game that supports building alternate histories, like a Harry Turtledove the RPG.

    It’s general. The idea is that you have a group of adventurers led by the PCs - maybe vikings, or a lord and knights, or whatever - and the group has a big quest. There’s a focus on relationships within the group and conflict with other groups.

    It’s not about alternate histories, but historical novels (e.g. Cornwell’s Arthur and Alfred the Great books).

    Rich, why delete the blog instead of just leaving it as it is? Seems like someone could need it later, potentially, and leaving it up doesn’t seem to do much harm, yeah?

    My thoughts were, why keep a blog if nobody is doing anything with it? For archival purposes? Seems like a waste to me.
